As of 1 September 2025, all DUKE10 orders shipped into the USA must be shipped DDP (delivered duty paid) which you must pay in advance. At least this way you will know the exact up-front cost of receiving your new banjolele - But you MUST CONTACT US so we can prepare a quote/invoice for your purchase of a DUKE10. You need to send us your delivery address so we can prepare a personalised invoice for the final price to pay, including delivery to your door.

LOW G? Do you prefer the sound of a Low G? Then you can have it. We are now fitting Worth Brown strings (with a High G) to all DUKE10's, but if you prefer a Low G contact us and we will switch it for you for free!

EXTRA STRINGS? If you would like us to add an extra set or two of Worth Brown Strings, we can slip them into the case before we ship your DUKE10. 

LEFTY? If you would like us to convert a DUKE10-V3 to a Left-Handed version, we can do that for you. Simply add a DUKE10 AND the LH Conversion Service to your Cart before checking out and we will make it happen, just like that! ;-)
