"At Duke Banjo Ukuleles, our luthier’s bench is a place of high standards—sometimes, arguably, too high. Occasionally, an instrument comes through with a minor 'beauty mark' or two—a slightly deeper wood grain swirl, a finish scratch or nick from a slipped tool, or a natural variation in the Tweed case.

We call these our Workshop Seconds.

They aren't 'broken'—in fact, they receive the exact same 16-point professional setup as our flagship models. They play, stay in tune, and sound just as good as their pristine siblings.
