B-Stock Terms and Conditions
All B-Stock ukuleles are instruments that are functional, playable and set up to factory spec. “B-Stock” refers to instruments with cosmetic flaws. These can include scratches, slight indentations, flaws in the finish or other minor imperfections that don’t impact the playability. If the instrument you receive is not to your liking, we are happy to refund your purchase within 2 weeks of receipt. Instruments must be returned complete in the same condition and packaging as when originally shipped. Cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
