I've Only Just Begun My Ukulele Journey
I started playing the ukulele at the beginning of 2019. My cousin had bought one, and I thought it would be fun to play together when I made my yearly visit.
I also became a member of Sisters on the Fly (SOTF) and found out there is a group of Sisters in my area who play together frequently, plus Sisters who belong to a Facebook Group and post their progress!
I've become a bit of a collector. I have 3 ukuleles (soprano, concert, and tenor) plus, I am now the proud owner of a DUKE10 banjolele which I bought myself for my 65th birthday! I'm getting all kinds of compliments about it! "It's so light!" "Wow! It sounds so much like a banjo!"
